    What We Offer

    For Company Drivers:

    • Pay Rates: $0.65/mile for dedicated lanes and $0.72–$0.75/mile for open board.
    • Bonuses: $150 for clean DOT inspections, $100 violation deduction fee.
    • Flexible Schedules: 5 days on the road, or 3 weeks on with 1 week off (optional).
    • Benefits: Weekly pay every Friday (first paycheck is withheld), fueling at major locations, and options for live load or drop-and-hook deliveries.
    • Truck Options: Fleet includes Freightliners, Volvos, and Cascadias with free repairs for company drivers.

    For Owner Operators:

    • Pay Rates: Keep 80% of the load revenue.
    • Inclusions: Our 20% covers insurance, trailer rental, and dispatch fees.
    • ELD Fees: $150 one-time setup fee, $20/month afterward.
    • Yard Parking: Available at $150/month.

    Additional Benefits

    • Orientation includes complimentary breakfast or lunch with coffee.
    • Relocation reimbursement up to $300 for those who stay with the company for 3 months.
    • Pets are welcome (drivers are responsible for truck cleaning upon resignation).

    Who We Are Looking For

    We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers with:

    • Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
    • A clean record (No DUI/SAP in the last 7 years).
    • Ability to operate manual or automatic transmission vehicles.
    • Availability for open board or dedicated lanes.
